Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned Empty and clean garbage cans in dish area and throughout kitchen.ħ. You will support the dish room, operating dish machine.Ħ. Clean and disinfect walls, sinks, countertops, floors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other areas of food service areas.ĥ. Wash pots, pans, and traps while maintaining the neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.ģ. You will thoroughly clean equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards.Ģ. You will report to the Executive Steward.ġ. Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will help maintain a clean, sanitized and orderly kitchen to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the food and beverage operations.
